User Responsibility for Selecting Service Providers

Skillora.lk is a platform designed to help users discover and connect with suitable Service Providers based on information available on the Platform.

Skillora may recommend or display Service Providers that appear to match a user's requirements. However, any recommendation, ranking, match, or suggestion provided by Skillora is intended only as a convenience and does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or certification of the Service Provider or the services they offer.

While Skillora may take reasonable steps to maintain the quality of information available on the Platform, users are responsible for making their own final decision before engaging a Service Provider.

Users should independently consider and verify the Service Provider's:

• Qualifications and relevant experience;
• Skills and ability to perform the requested service;
• Identity and contact information;
• Pricing and service conditions;
• Reviews and ratings;
• Availability; and
• Any licences, registrations, or certifications that may be required for the particular service.

The final decision to hire, contact, or engage a Service Provider belongs entirely to the user.

Skillora does not guarantee that a recommended Service Provider will be suitable for a particular user's requirements, nor does Skillora guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, price, or outcome of any service provided by a Service Provider.

Any agreement, transaction, payment, or service arrangement made between a user and a Service Provider is made at their own discretion and responsibility, subject to any rights and protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Our Role

Skillora's responsibility is to provide and maintain the platform, facilitate connections between users and Service Providers, and provide tools that may assist users in finding suitable people for their requirements.

Skillora does not act as the Service Provider unless expressly stated otherwise.

We encourage all users to make informed decisions and take appropriate precautions before engaging another user through the Platform.
